CV

   Before join the SJTU, I was the manager of the system solution deparment at IBM China System and Technology Lab during 2006 to 2008. My team is responsible for the embedded system related R&D projects in IBM China as well as being part of the global CELL BE multi-core processor SDK development taskforce.  The key achievements my team made include: 1) the development of the Accelerated Library Framework programing model published in CELL BE SDK 3.0;  2) the development and UT of the Data and Communication Syncrhonization programming library for hybrid massive core platform, which laterly became one of the key components in the SW infrastrcuture of the Road Runner supercomputer(the world's fastest supercomputer since 2007); 3) the development of a highly optimized HD H.264 decoder on CELL processor which could decode more than 2 ways of 1080p HD stream in realtime. Before taking the mangement position, I was Advisory R&D engineer at IBM China Research Lab, where I led or took part in serveral PowerPC and Linux based embedded system design projects such as IPTV/DVB Set-top box design, Network Computer design, etc.
   I earned PhD in Computer Application and Bachelor in Computer Science from Tsinghua University in 2003 and 1998 respectively.
